Document beef jerky best


Ingredients

• 2 pounds beef round steak, cut into thin slices
• soy sauce 1/4 cup
• 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
• 2 tablespoons liquid smoke
• 2 tablespoons brown sugar
• 2 teaspoon salt
• 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
• 1 teaspoon of meat tenderizer
• garlic 1 teaspoon of powder
• 1 teaspoon onion powder
• 1 teaspoon of paprika

Trends

1. Put beef strips in the bottom of a large pot. Pour soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, liquid smoke, brown sugar, salt and pepper, and meat tenderizer, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika beef. Is coated evenly to ensure mixing all the meat. Cover and marinate in the refrigerator for 8 hours or overnight.
2. Remove the meat from the bowl and place between two pieces of plastic wrap; pounds to 1/8-inch thickness.

Editor's Note
Place meat in the refrigerator for 30 minutes before slicing. After this your delicious Beef Jerky is ready And frozen meat a little easier to cut into thin slices, and consistent.
